I had contacted Roof Services after seeing them working at my church. Tom Melillo came & gave me his estimate...one of two options, & then gave me his recommendation.
With the rainy weather we have been having, I wasn't certain that Roof Services had come to my house on the appointed day as there were no tell tale signs...my gate was closed; no debris left on my property. They had in fact come & done the job. The next day we had a storm with torrential rains...no leaks!!!
Tom called a few days later & told me of an unforseen problem, which they took care of but still kept to the original quote.
Not only am I pleased with Roof Services, I will definitely recommend them.

We needed work done for a leaky, rotted flat roof as well as shingles that were as old as the hills. Even though there is plenty of advertising for relatively "cheap" re-roofs, I wanted quality, because this would be a major investment. I found Roof Services on the internet, because their name came up on both the GAF and NRCA websites. We contacted them and John Plotke, Jr. came over to my house to provide a free estimate. Needless to say, he spent 3 (THREE!) HOURS with us, in the late evening, reviewing the work that was needed. Cringing from the explanation, I expected a massive expense. In fact, the price that was quoted was CHEAPER than the quotes we had received thus far. In fact, after gathering a few more quotes (most from GAF-certified roofers), his quote remained the cheapest. Guess who we went with?! On the morning of the job, their men came ON-TIME and completed everything by 2 pm! John did NOT demand final payment that day. He came back the following week to conduct a final walk-through. I am more than pleased with the work that was conducted and the professionalism of the company, especially John!!

I was having an addition put on my house. The workmen who were installing the gutters told me that the contractor did not install the shingles and flashing on the roof properly. I contacted Roof Services to correct the problem. I found them to be prompt and courteous. They completed the job within the timeframe promised and ensured that I was satisfied. I recently discovered another error made by the contractor, so I again called on Roof Services to correct the problem. They were quick to identify the problem. Roof Services offered me several options including one that entailed Roof Services not obtaining any monetary compensation. It is nice to know that there are still companies out there that care more about doing the right thing and serving the customer than the bottom line.
